Half a Dozen Reasons Why Artificial is Better

Half a Dozen Reasons Why Artificial is Better

Do you love flowers but do not have the time to take care of them? Even if you have the time to take care of them did you know that more plants are killed by over watering than under watering? With beautiful artificial flowers and plants you do not have the worry of care but can enjoy the beauty virtually forever.

Artificial flowers do not trigger allergies or headaches.

Have you ever entered a room where there was fresh cut flowers and got an instant head ache?

This beautiful lilac arrangement will not cause one tear to fall so you can enjoy the happy moment without being distracted by an allergic reaction or the onset of a headache.

The fragrance of fresh cut flowers can trigger allergies and headaches for many, while artificial flowers do not. Imagine attending a wedding with beautiful flowers where red eyes and tears are not created by blissful thoughts of the lovely couple but by the fragrant floral arrangements.

These flowers do not have to be replaced continually.

Flowers this real have to be touched to be believed. It is next to impossible to tell the real ones from the artificial ones as the fake ones are just so breathtakingly beautiful. Only by examining very closely and touching can one tell the difference. They are a true work of art. Continually purchasing and replacing cut flowers can be very costly and how long can the bouquet really last? It is so disheartening to see the flowers droop, colors fade and petals fall. With an artificial arrangement you can always enjoy the beauty.

Give someone you love an artificial flower arrangement and you give them a gift that says “I love you forever!”

Flower arrangements pull the colors together in your décor.

These beautiful flowers will instantly enhance the beauty of any décor. Suppose you were trying to introduce another color into your home. This is the perfect way to pull the colors together and bring harmony to the home.

If the furnishings are begging for a facelift, flowers can quickly come to the rescue adding color, beauty, and a burst of fresh air. A throw pillow or blanket in the same beautiful pastel tones of the lilies, tulips, Delphiniums, Freesia, Lilacs, Eucalyptus or Lilacs will truly make your living room one that rivals those seen in Better Homes and Gardens and breathe new life into the same tired furniture.

Fresh flowers help to elevate the mood.

The visual appearance of artificial flowers has the same effect. The mind’s eye, seeing the floral beauty, takes one on a beautiful memory path of seeing delightful flowers. It is hard to feel down when looking at something so beautiful.  The vision also breathes new life into our tired bodies and minds. You would be surprised what looking at something beautiful can do for your frame of mind.

Artificial flowers work anywhere.

Real flowers can only be placed in certain spots. A vase of real flowers near your laptop or personal computer could spell disaster, but artificial flowers will not leak, spill or cause problems. Sit an arrangement near your laptop or computer as you surf online, answer email or blog and never fear that your keyboard will get ruined from a mishap. Place one on your accent table and as long as your vase is sturdy never fear your cat ruining your flowers like he or she might with a vase of cut flowers. They are practically indestructible, but so beautiful.

They are the perfect way to say “I love you.”

Artificial flowers are the perfect way to say “I love you” and the perfect accent for any room of your home.

Great post on the benefits of artificial flowers. I always wanted to get some nice silk ones to coordinate with our home’s decor, but I never found a place to order them. I’ve looked at what they had at craft sections of stores near us and even Michael’s / AC Moore, but wasn’t too impressed. I would probably give them a pic from my wedding and ask them to recreate something for me. Any tips?
