There are so many reasons why metal roofing is becoming more and more popular. For years, this material has been picking up steam with businesses but now metal is becoming the new “go to” material for residential homes as well. So why is it becoming so popular? For starters, a traditional asphalt roof may be cheaper but it doesn’t hold up in high winds or any extreme weather conditions for that matter. Plus, it needs to be replaced every 10-15 years! Who wants to have to get their roof replaced after that small amount of time? Not me!
